Working with the Naugatuck Valley Development Corporation and City of Waterbury, TBI successfully built the 220,000 square foot Performing Arts Magnet School. During the construction period TBI managed the project aggressively overcoming the many obstacles associated with construction activities in a zero lot line urban environment.
