TBI developed and manages ConnectiCare’s corporate campus in Farmington, Connecticut. The property consists of 2 buildings totaling 160,000 square feet on approximately 17 acres. It was developed in two-phases. Phase I is a 100,500 square feet, 2 1/2- story structure that serves as ConnectiCare’s Customer Service and Technology Center.
Phase II is ConnectiCare’s Corporate Headquarters a 65,000 square foot, 3-story office building. The buildings are connected by an enclosed connector.
