TBI Construction partnered with APCOA Standard Parking, Inc. to design, build, finance and operate the Bradley Airport Parking Garage under a long-term lease.
TBI developed a 3,500 car parking garage on a 25 acre parcel that was used as a surface parking lot at Bradley Airport. This high profile project represented a significant Public, Private Partnership on state property operated by the Department of Transportation.
