TBI designed, built, and manages 440 New Britain Avenue, which consists of medical office space for The Hospital of Central Connecticut. The original building is a 18,000 square foot complex located in Plainville, CT.
TBI subsequently developed an ambulatory care center on site. This 10,000 square foot center is leased to Central Connecticut Endoscopy.
