TBI constructed this project for the State of Connecticut. The construction of the Connecticut Juvenile Training School was a unique challenge to TBI Construction. The company recognized the obligation to create an institution for Connecticut’s children in need that would serve them in the highest fashion. A team was assembled with expertise not only in construction, but also in corrections and education.
The result is a campus that will meet the goal of affording educational opportunities to some of Connecticut’s most wanting children, while blending in aesthetically with the community it is based in.
